Who I am
My Counseling Practice
My story reads like a dramatic novel. Sound familiar? These chapters in my life have given me the ability to turn pain into purpose and build skills I can now share in my practice. I've been a counselor for almost 25 years. Each day is a new opportunity to write a new page in your book of life. I've developed a personalized treatment modality that combines curriculum-based methods and field experiences. I implement traditional treatment methods such as CBT, Solution-Focused, Narrative Therapy, NLP techniques, as well as incorporating holistic, mind-body, and intuitive approaches guided by the needs of the client.
My Treatment Focus
My focus is the treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, women's issues, life transitions (to include, but not limited to: moving, divorce, life transitions, sexual identity, and empty nest syndrome), and relationship issues. I see patients ages 13 and up.
My Client Promise
My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can freely explore those events, feelings, and triggers that make life harder than it should be. I will help you to grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward using new skills to get to where you want to be in your life.

All counseling sessions will be provided via a HIPPA compliant teletherapy platform. There are numerous benefits to teletherapy. The pros and cons will be discussed with you prior to scheduling.

- Initial Intake - $150.00
- Individual Session (50 min) - $125.00
- Couples Session (50 min) - $150.00
- Late Cancel(less than 24 hr notice) or No show fee - $100.00

LPC Associate Supervision
I am a BHEC approved LPC supervisor. I provide supervision to LPC Associates in compliance with BHEC rules. Supervision is virtual as 1:1, Triadic, or Group depending on number of Associates. Supervision times are flexible. Email for additional information and to schedule an interview. Be prepared to supply a copy of transcripts, CV or Resume prior to scheduled interview. Currently accepting new Associates.
